Parental Engagement.

School-Home engagement is important for student success. Schools need to engage their families so they can better serve their needs. Through perception surveys and parent education programs we help position schools to better understand the needs of families and children and how their services impact them. This helps schools to craft strategic interventions that support continuous improvement of its services. We prepare parents through regularly instituted parent education forum that equip them to actively take the role of supporting, checking and promoting learning at home and in school.

Check.

It is important parents have a mechanism of checking their children progress in learning not just their academic performance. The program empower your team to better prepare your families to understand why and how to effectively check learning progressions.

Promote.

This aspect of families responsibility as partners for learning has lead to the helicopter parent phenomena in schools today. In Ghana some educators have been attacked by families who feels their child’s interest was not best served by the school. Our program helps families to speak up for their children and educators to listen so they could better serve their interest and needs.
