System Leadership.

Subject Leadership.

In schools, the works of heads of department and subject coordinators are critical for effective teaching and learning. However, subject leaders hardly receive the needed professional development to deliver desirable outcomes. This program helps to develop their leadership capacity so that they can provide effective curriculum leadership in schools. The program will increase subject leaders’ competency in effective classroom observation techniques, engaging in professional conversation about teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum mapping, innovation and more.
